JOIN US in celebrating Jaime Hughes as our Employee Spotlight Feature. Jaime brings enthusiasm and an eagerness for learning to her work as accounts payable specialist at our corporate headquarters. Employed at Goodwill for 3 years, Jaime began her career with Goodwill working in our electronics recycling department before transitioning to her current role.
Jaime’s greatest role models are the members of her finance team. “Everyone is so determined and professional,” she said. “Whenever a problem arises, the team always works together to find the solution.”
Jaime enjoys creating art in her spare time. She is self-taught and gravitates toward drawing and 3D modeling the most. She loves anime and manga styles and hopes to someday learn to draw robots. Something people may not know about Jaime: she loves flamin’ hot doritos! She will enjoy the spicy chips anytime and anywhere. Her friends on the finance team can validate!
Jaime loves it at Goodwill. “I like the people here. They are very human. I’ve never worked at a place like this before — it’s so great.”
