Employee Spotlight: Ester McCathern
Retail Production Worker,

Ester has been with Goodwill Industries of West Michigan for 11 years and we are so glad she's here. She serves as a role model to those around her, specifically her co-workers by helping them through providing words of encouragement.
When we asked Ether if she had any words of advice for us she said, "NEVER GIVE UP!" We can't help but hold those words close because they sure can help lift us up when we're feeling down. Thank you, Ester!
A few things you might not know about Ester...
She said her guilty pleasure is she loves to eat and she "just enjoys her job.... being with co-workers, seeing customers come in, and talking with them and laughing."
