Donors and shoppers play a pivotal role in Goodwill’s
ability to fulfill its mission. Fueled by generous donations of clothing and other household items from the community, Goodwill store revenues help fund the
programs that help people develop the skills they need to find good jobs.
Goodwill stores feature gently-used and new items at incredible bargain prices. Smart shoppers find
jeans, business attire, baby and children’s clothing,
housewares, collectibles, furniture, and more. Buying
low-priced, quality merchandise, while supporting a great
cause, results in totally guilt-free shopping!
Continuous improvements are being made to Goodwill
stores and donation centers throughout West Michigan.
In recent years, many stores have been completely
remodeled and/or repositioned to more accessible retail
locations for our shoppers. Nearly all stores now offer a
handy donation “drive-thru” area for quick and easy
donating by car. Other improvements included superior
store layouts, upgraded lighting, electronic scan cash
registers, and a focus on excellent customer service.
Goodwill also offers an online auction site
shopgoodwill.com featuring specialty glassware, pottery, vintage clothing, jewelry, artwork, musical instruments, and more.
