Goodwill Industries has been providing area businesses and manufacturers with diagnostic assessment and screening services for over 30 years. Area employers use the service to accurately screen potential job candidates or to assist them in determining those employees who have the aptitudes necessary to advance into a specialized field.

Service can be customized to meet the employer's
needs. All testing is standardized and recommendations are based on performances as related to the Dictionary of Occupational Titles. Goodwill uses the widely recognized APTICOM system, as well as others.
